Scuba Diving Courses

All of our scuba diving and advanced courses are designed to be fun as well as educational. The types of dives are determined by NAUI standards which meet or exceed the standards of most agencies, but the exacte locations can be altered to meet personal desires and conditions. As an example, arrangements can be made to conduct your checkout dives in the Florida keys instead of the local waters off Palm Beach Florida. A popular variation is our scuba camp where we spend the weekend camping at Alexander springs and completeing your first three dives over the course of a week end. We can also arrange to combine checkout dives with one of our other trips.

Scuba Diver Certification
This class is designed for beginning divers. It provides the student with the skills and confidence necessary to enjoy the underwater world safely. This is the starting place for all divers. Scuba Diver certification qualifies you to dive in conditions and locations that closely approximate those under which you were trained.

Advanced Open Water Certification
Expand the conditions and locations that you are qualified to dive in through continuing education. Increase both your skills and your confidence levels by taking an advanced course covering advanced topics such as night diving, search and recovery and light salvage.

Nitrox Certification
Would you like to extend your bottom time, shorten your surface intervals and increase your safety margins? If your answer is yes then nitrox training is for you. Nitrox or enriched air nitrox(EAN) reduces the amount of nitrogen that is absorbed and results in longer no-decompression limits.

Scuba Rescue Diver
Diving in remote locations such as a mile off shore diving from a boat, a beach entry from some small town beach or even in the Caribbean, You will probably be the first person available in the event that your buddy has a problem and visa versa. Improve your knowledge on preventing and handling problems should the need arise.
